1. Damaged Products, Faulty Items, Wrong Items

  • Refund Issue Time Window: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds for damaged, faulty, or wrong items will be processed within 3 business days after approval.
  • Refund Amount: We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, including any shipping charges.
  • Responsibility for Return Cost: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of damaged, faulty, or wrong items. You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs in these cases.

2. Customer Change of Mind

  • Return Processing: If you change your mind about an item and wish to return it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Refund Issue Time Window: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds for change of mind returns will be processed within 3 business days after approval.
  • Refund Amount: We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping charges.

3. Order Never Arrived

  • Return Processing: If your order has not arrived within the specified delivery time frame, please contact our customer support team to report the issue. We will investigate the matter and provide assistance accordingly.
  • Refund Issue Time Window: If we are unable to resolve the issue and your order is confirmed as lost or undelivered, we will initiate a refund process. Refunds for orders that never arrived will be processed within 3 business days.
  • Refund Amount: We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the undelivered item(s), including any shipping charges.
  • Responsibility for Return Cost: You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs for undelivered orders.

Refund Method

The refund will be sent back to the original payment method used to check out the order in:

  • Up to 10 days for credit/debit cards
